OfferLedger is a small editorial desk, so mail reaches a person rather than a queue. Write to us if something on the site is wrong, out of date, or unclear — corrections are the most useful mail we get.

Please include the page URL and, if you are reporting an error, the sentence you are questioning. It makes a fix take a day instead of a week.

What we cannot help with

We are not Olymp Trade and have no access to any trading account, deposit, withdrawal or bonus balance. If your question is about your own account — a bonus that did not credit, a code that failed, a withdrawal on hold, or verification documents — it has to go to the platform's own support channel from inside your account. We can explain how a rule usually works; we cannot change what happened on your account.

We also cannot tell you which promotion is running today. Offers rotate, and the only reliable source is the platform's own promotions page together with the terms shown beside each offer.

Two things we will never ask for

• Your password, one-time code, or any account credential. No legitimate site or support agent needs them.
• A payment to "release" or "unlock" a bonus. Any page or message asking for one is a scam, and we would like to hear about it.

Response times

Mail is read on working days and answered in the order it arrives. Corrections jump the queue; requests for a specific promo code will get a polite explanation of why we do not publish code strings.
